We are preparing to list my house for sale, and at the direction of my listing agents, got several quotes to clean the 34 windows on my 112-year-old, two-story house. Casa Care responded right away and was at my house within an hour to give a quote. Casa Care was the only company who came out to give a quote in-person, and while this alone would’ve been enough to make me choose them, Ethan’s friendly nature and willingness to walk me through the whole process solidified our decision to move forward. Scheduling was easy and they were quick to respond when I reached out a few days in advance to confirm our appointment. ETHAN, company owner/operator, would have been given 10 stars if possible. He has such an incredible work ethic on top of being so friendly and meticulous to detail. Our yard is heavily treed and as a result our windows get filthy and our natural stone walkways were covered with mold spots from layers of wet leaves laying on them. I hired Casa Care to handle my Christmas lights this year. I had a rough experience with the last company I hired, so I was concerned but Ethan showed up and handled EVERY SINGLE THING and blew my expectations out of the water.
